- No pupil may absent herself from any examination except when prevented by reasons of health, in that case, a Medical Certificate may be required. There will be no other examination a later date. The examination will not be anticipated or postponed for any reason. Absence from one or more subjects involves the loss of marks for these subjects and excludes the pupil from being reckoned in the order of merit and rank in the examination or from receiving a prize.
- Promotion is decided on the combined results of all the tests and examinations. Therefore the pupils are expected to work steadily from the beginning of the scholastic year.
- The pupil failing in the examination for two consecutive years will be asked to leave the school.
Wilful branch of any of the examination rules or any dishonesty resorted to is punishable with suspension from the examination or cancellation of the paper, or dismissal from the school, depending upon the gravity of the offence. Parents are expected to accept the decision of the school authorities regarding promotions as final.
- Admission to the school is restricted by conditions of age, conduct and an entrance test.
The Principal reserves the right to refuse any of the applications without having to assign reason for her decision
